Oooh, oooh, oooh!!! I want to set a goal, too!
Let's see... New Year's is in approximately 6 weeks... Now, if I lost 2 lbs/wk, that's 12 lbs, which would put me at about 185 lbs--WOW! That would be really close to my 4th mini-goal, too! But I have to factor in a few things, namely Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the fact that I'll be home from school for both of those holidays, and for a 3-week stretch from mid-December to early January... 2 lbs/wk is actually a lot slower than my average weight loss so far, so normally I'd think it would be totally doable to reach my 4th mini-goal by then, but I've noticed lately that my losses are starting to slow down a bit, so right now I think it would be unrealistic to aim for that. So, hmm... My first and foremost goal will be NOT TO GAIN, lol! And my "best-case scenario" would be to reach my 4th mini-goal... But let's say that my "practical" goal will be to be in the 180s by New Year's!! (By that I mean, I'll be lucky if I hit 189 by then, LOL!) I only have ~8 lbs to go; I think I can do it!!
