by the end of december i would ideally like to be under 70kg, or at least around 70.4kg (how specific ). That means i would have lost around 15kg this year, so in 2009 i aim to lose another 15 and get to my ultimate goal of 55kg
Under 180 for the new year, which is only 4 lbs away now, so i might change it. I don't want to set myself up for failure, and with the holidays i want to be realistic.
As for next year, i am going to make my ultimate goal and run a 5k in the early summer, i'm going to start training in the spring outside. I also am going to reach my weight goal of 160 lbs. before the summer. ( i'm saying June 1st is summer btw)
I want to be at my next goal of 175. I set mini-goals for myself to keep motivated by treating myself with something I really want for each goal. 170 means a pair of new jeans! I'm gonna need them anyway. 190 was a purse, but that was so long ago...I need a new present for my hard work! =)
I want to be 155 ish by New Years.. I'll be settling into my new apt in a new city with a new job and I want to have a new body too.. might as well right. Last year I was in San Diego for new years and weighed close to 190.. boo
The goals I intend to reach before 2009: Commit to six days of cardio (instead of the two or three I currently do) and stick to the menu I've written for myself!
In 2009 I can see myself reaching my goal weight and thinking seriously about maintenance.
My goal for new year is to be under 200lbs. I'm also being a bridesmaid in a friends wedding in October 2009 so my goal is to be in a UK size 10-12 for that. Not sure how many lbs I'll have to lose to get there but I think it'll be pretty close to my goal. I'm glad I have a deadline to hit though
My goal for the New year is to be no more than 145lbs...I think that over the Xmas holiday there is a good chance i will gain a few lbs seeing how I am almost at goal now.......I also want to increase and continue with my exercise level each week...taking more classes at the gym..as of right now I just attend 3 classes of aqua aerobics (55 mins long) each week.
My goal for New Years is to see something in the 160s. So that would be losing 10 lbs in 6 weeks. Hopefully my body stops being ridiculous long enough to realize it doesn't have to pack on the fat in the winter for hibernation.
Goal for next year is to figure out where exercising and eating right takes me. Do i aim for 170, 160, or something in between? who knows. But wherever it is, I aim to be happy, and maintain with no risk of gaining back.
I would love to be down to 200lbs by New Years, but thats 30lbs in very little time, so my goal is to be as close as I can to that, I'd say 210. My goal for 2009 is to reach my ultimate weight goal of 140lbs by losing 5-10lbs a month.
My goal for the new year would be starting it in the 130's. And preprared for a half marathon my the second week in January.
As for the goal for the new year... to reach and maintain my goal weight of 120lbs and to run marathon... I know wishful thinking!
For new years I would love to be 180, but I'm not sure if that's possible or a realistic goal. For 2009 I want to get down to at least 145. Then I'd be halfway done with my weight loss!
