I'm thinking that the day before your Biggest Loser weigh-in you need to think twice!
To be honest... sometimes you just have those cravings for garbage, and I think if you deny them ALL THE TIME, then you'll drive yourself nuts. That being said, whatever you're gonna go out for tonight... I'm sure there's a somewhat healthier choice. Not to say that you should eat vegetables instead, but instead of going to McDonald's, hit up Subway. Instead of grabbing two bags of chips from the grocery store, grab a bag of light popcorn.
I believe in you honey, and know that this craving will pass... but tomorrow you're still gonna be working on losing the chub we've all got sitting on our hips.
