Meridith, OMG!!!! Well done lady!!! that is friggin awesome about your news!!! You know I pretty much never ever come on to 3FC on weekends because I don't go near the computer unless I'm working (heh heh)... but since i'm in the office today I thought I'd take a look and had this funny tingling feeling that you may have some news. And look! Woo HoO!!!
now i wish i could say that i'm in the 170s so that we could celebrate together... but to be honest i completely forgot to weigh in this morning. darnnit.
Okay, as per the statement above, i do not have a weigh in for today so have nothing to report thus far. Therefore, I will use this opportunity to say GOOD LUCK ALL OF YOU! Happy weighing!
i think it might be a gain which is a pain because i did really well eating wise this week, not a single splurge, and i did some exercise that even made me sore. Im saying its water retention >.<
I am going to have to start posting here. Star2Be- congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I should have read this in the a.m after my WI (I gained a pound after working my butt off!!) ahhhhh! So I gave in to yummy foods which of course made me feel worse. But I am determined to not ruin my whole day. I did an incredible tae bo DVD and feel fantastic! I think I should maybe stop weighing in everyday.. it makes me obsessive and if I fluctuate, woah.. look out!!!!!!!!
I am going to read some recent posts... good luck with weight loss this weekend!
You're a tank, you're a machine!!! You're my hero!!!!!! YAAAAY!!!!
As for me...
..I'm at home, and my mother's scale weighs a bit lighter than mine, I think. It says 152.2, but I think the probably means I'm still sitting at 153.0 ish. At least I'm maintaining. *dramatic eye roll*
I had my weigh in this morning and I lost 3lbs! I had been hoping for a little bit more, only because this is my first week really OP for over 4 months, but I'm so happy with 3! I really hope I can get back under 200 next week, for the first time in about 10 months...I might not make my new years eve goal to be a smidge under 190, but I am definitely going to try! I was terrible about drinking water last week, so for this week I want to cut down to 2 cups of caffeine a day (crazy, but that's a huge concession for me!!) and make sure I'm getting my water in..
I'm at 164 today which means I am no longer clinically "overweight." YAHOO. This was my original goal weight but I have dropped it another five as I am not sure when I will become complacent or where my body will settle.
This is BAD NEWS BEARS for the black team, but... AWESOME news for me! *squeals excitedly* I ate just a little while ago. I drank a ton of water. I am feeling kinda bloated and icky...
But I did a depressed, "okay-well-my-stomach-is-bulgy-bloated,-but-I-can't-possibly-weigh-more-than-this-number-tomorrow-morning..." weigh-in...
One. Fifty. Two. Point. Eight. After eating. After drinking a buncha water. Omigod. Do you know what this means? I might see the other side of 152!! I might see 151-point-something!!! ....OMIGOD. I MIGHT SEE THE ONE-FORTIES SOON!! *SQUEALS!!!!*
...kinda bad that I'll be weighing in lighter tomorrow morning, instead of like the morning AFTER or something, but...
AND! And, I've lost next to NO inches off of my waist and hips... but I lost 2 inches off my boobs, and I'm thinking like a millimeter off my fingers, because my rings are spinning around, annoyingly enough... It was really driving me nuts that my measurements before were:
Holy smokes Jelbb! You are going to be in the 140's by this week I bet! That is so so so so awesome!!!! What did you change this time, that you are having such success? You are really on a roll!
As for me, I finally, FINALLY can post a loss. I'm 133.5!! You have no idea how unbelieveably excited this makes me since I've been stuck at 135 for weeks. I started the Abs Diet and this just gives me more resolve to push through the first days of change! Nights tonight and tommorow night are going to be tough, everyone brings chips and candy and willpower packs up and leaves at approximately 2:40 am. I can pull through though, I will have lots of healthy, Powerfoods to keep me going!
