Sooo, today I was 207.6 lbs. Down 0.6 lbs! I'm changin' my ticker! Whoop whoop! Lol.

Chele615 - Thank you!! It really means a lot to me for you to say that. I think the fact that I didn't do anything really indulgent this weekend is really paying off, and it feels so great! But sometimes I'm like, ughh, why can't this weight just get OFF me already?! Even though I know it's not necessarily healthy to lose weight quickly, I'm SO impatient! Hehe.

jahjah1223 - That is so awesome that your mom said that! What a great NSV--totally better than a weigh-in! After all, the whole purpose of losing weight is so people can tell us how awesome we look, right? Hehe, jk! Gotta love comments like that when they come from someone you love.

Jelbb - Congrats on getting closer to your pre-3FC-sabbatical weight (lol, "sabbatical" is a fun word )! You know you will get there, so I hope you're not too upset about it. Remember that we are all here for you!

JamieJo - Mmmmm, trail mix... Curse you for giving me this new craving! LOL. Anyways, if you want to feel better, just think about how much I would KILL to be 160.4... Hehe, I'm sure that doesn't help, but I'm glad to see that you have a positive attitude about it. I wish I could be more like that, lol. When I gain (even when I deserve it; especially when I deserve it) I just feel like throwing things!

and i'm below my halloween goal!! i'm so freaking excited

Hey Star - Yeah...I don't usually have a positive attitude about it but my hubby got after me about being so negative about the weight loss efforts, so I'm taking a different approach for awhile!

Sally- Congrats!!!

I also had a WONDERFUL morning! The scale said 157.4!!!!!!! I know it is a bit of a fluke, but it was still exciting to see that number! They had a surprise birthday party for my mom last night (Monday night, I know, crazy hicks of Wisconsin...) But I went and drank too much which is why my weight was so low this morning. After a bunch of water, a shower, some grub it was up to 158.8 so that is what I am using when I change my signature but even 158.8 is awesome for me!!! WOO HOOOO!

JAMIE!!! You are catching up to me!!!! Congrats, woman! (Hurry up with a pound and a half or so, then we can have healthy competition or something! )

I was 157 on the dot this morning. It makes me feel good to know that I'm back where I "should be" according to my ticker and everything. Hopefully now that I'm working to avoid snacking that the number will continue to drop again.

I had the worst plan day yesterday. I ate halloween candy, cake entrails, and had taco salad for dinner. But this morning?

LOSS!
200.8 lbs
NOW I'm really going crazy!

LEIGHISH!!!! That's fantastic! I've heard that sometimes a spike in calories one day can help along weight-loss, or break a plateau! Go back on plan today, I bet you'll be in Onderland in NO time!!!

I went on and off the scale about 5 times and it was the same every time. I'm speechless.

I'm double posting but I'm too excited! After a *second* trip to the restroom this morning, out of curiousity I weighed myself again and it said 199.6lbs! ahhhh! AHHHH!!! I'm not going to change my ticker *yet* but it's so exciting!

Today, I weighed in at 135. Bah. Same as yesterday, the day before, the day before, the day before. You get it. 13-1400 calories per day, 1-11/2 hours per day of intense fitness, I'm literally defying science here people. Note this day, I'll be in the anatomy books as the miraculous female who opposed all metabolic laws!!! COME ON ATP!!!

I was up the last couple days from 189...fluctuating between 190 & 193...but today I was back down to 189.6!!! It was a major confidence booster & I have done great today. Can't wait to see 188 - I think I'll throw a party!! =)
