Oct 3--2 mi. Express in A.M. and 4 mi. Walk Slim in P.M.
Oct 4--2 mi. Walk Slim Low Impact
Oct 5--Walk Slim 4 mi.
Oct 6--Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles
Oct 7--Walk Slim 4 mi.
Week Two
Oct 8--Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles
Oct 9--Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles AND 20 min. on Gazelle
Oct 10--Rest
