Cool, maybe I can get some ideas on how to vary my routine off of this thread!

My goal: workout at least 5 times a week


Oct 1: Walk Away the Pounds- 4 Fast Miles
Oct 2: Balance Ball 30 min.; walk to and from school-twice. ~3 miles
Oct 3: WATP- 4 Fast Miles
Oct 4: WATP with 2 lb. weights
Oct 5: WATP w/weights; walk 2.5 miles
Oct 6: worked all day. bleh

Oct 7: hiked a trail in the state park (ran mostly) ~2.8 miles
Oct 8: walked to and fro school, but nothing crazy--resting
Oct 9: WATP; Balance Ball toning 35 minutes

Oct 11: nothing too busy
Oct 12: vacation

My first challenge!! . I've been stuck for the last few weeks so I'm hoping this will motivate me to keep pushing. I'm going to say that my goal will be to do at least 60 minutes of excersize five times a week & to stick to my 1300 cal diet. Hoping to start November at least close to the 130's.

This is a totally awesome idea. What a great way to keep motivated. Well since I'm still new at this I'm going to start off with a goal of 800 mins of exercise. :carrot

I'll try this. I'm a really accountable person on my own actually so...it might now make it up here, but I will probably have exercised.

Goal every week:
Run 4x (3 x 5K, one 8-10K)
Weights: 2x
Bikes: if time allows
Soccer: 2 games a week. One practice
Dance: 1x 50min hip hop (mondays) and one ballroom every sunday
Walk or bike to school if weather allows.

I had to stop riding my bike to and from work, so finding time to work out is going to be harder than usual. I think if I focus on getting some exercise in every day (excluding rest days) then I can make 1000 minutes this month.
