Bikes: if time allows

Soccer: 2 games a week. One practice

Dance: 1x 50min hip hop (mondays) and one ballroom every sunday

Walk or bike to school if weather allows.

Oct. 6 day off.

Oct. 8 5k run. 35mins

Oct. 9 bike to/from school twice approx 10k, approx. 20min

Oct. 10 walk to/from school 5k, approx. 40min, 5k ~ 35min

Oct. 11 walk to from school 5k, 40min, 50min soccer game.

Oct. 12 walk to/from school (dif route) 5.5k, 40min, 5k run 34min. Stretch/abs

Oct. 14 10k run. 70mins

Walk to school. Dance class.

Oct. 15 walk to/from school 40min. hip hop 50min
