I never knew they had 100 calorie bags of popcorn.

I'm definetly stocking up before heading back to college instead of the other stuff.

Glitterlicious be careful which brand you buy of the 100 cal popcorn bags..Some of the labels are a bit misleading. I get the Kettle corn flavor in Pop Secret, and it tastes just like normal kettle corn. The 100 cal butter ones are a little bland, but you can get 0 cal butter flavored popcorn salt that does the trick.

I like to make my own cinnamon sugar pretzels. What I do is buy frozen soft pretzels, and stick one in the oven for 2 minutes at 400 degrees. While that's in, I mix together a tablespoon of splenda, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp of salt. I take out the pretzel, spray it with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter ~5 sprays each side, and make sure my cinnamon-sugar topping completely coats the pretzel. Then back into the oven for 3 minutes on each side. It has around 150 calories and is sooo yummy. Definitely satisfies my craving for those big soft pretzels you see at the mall or ball games.

I bought some Hy-Vee store brand lite fudge bars. They are amazing. No sugar added and only 35 calories each. They take a while to eat, taste just like the regular ones, and are only $2 for 12 of them. They have been the perfect replacement for sweets!

A few others have already mentioned this, but I LOVE the Laughing Cow light spreadable cheese. I eat it on whole wheat saltines.

This could be a large snack, I've been eating as lunch this week because I had a huge jar of pasta sauce to use.

English Muffin Pizza - 1 english muffin, 2 tablespoons pasta sauce, .25 cup cheese. Construct like pizza, add any additional toppings you like, and toast in the oven for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. Very yummy and if you wanted to make it smaller then you could only make one half of the english muffin.

I forgot my favorite! I mix a fat-free cream cheese with a little bit of peanut butter and it makes a great dip for apples or pears! YUM!

In total agreement of the English Muffin Pizzas- I've found that the whole wheat EMs make it even better- they have a little bit of sweetness or something to them.

Also-
Mini popcorn bags (100 calories)
TLC granola bars
Fruit (I have to cut it up as soon as I get home from the store though, so I can just grab it when I'm hungry, or bring to work)
Aquafina Alive water- (10 calories, nice change from plain water, or diet sodas)
Soy Crisps
Whole Wheat Toast w/ PB and Banana
