tgif, I think. I'm a little nervous about this weekend and staying on plan, but this week hasn't exactly been right on schedule, and I've been ok. Must..stop..worrying.

I did the first work out in the C25K last night. It was fun! I was surprised how much it kept me from getting bored. Tonight I`m going to do 45minutes of cardio and some kind of strength training. Getting over that initial day of legs is a killer, but afterwards I don't feel so bad. I`m trying to enjoy these last few days of freedom.
This coming semester I'll work 6-8 in the mornings, go to class from 8-5, and then go back to work from 5-until everything is finished. Whew. I'm tired just thinking about it. I hope that being on the same tight schedule everyday will actually HELP.
Jen- Thanks! I found that picture on my mom's camera and I was surprised at myself. Its from the first 5k I ran which was last year. I'm hoping it will motivate me to get back to that place. And yes, those pesky new years resolutions people. The gym here is full in january and then picks back up again at the end of March. The spring break crowd.
Michelle- Yummm. I love red pepper soup. I wish I knew how to make it. Have fun this weekend!
Slimming- I know how ya feel. When I feel really unmotivated I like to read the success forums here, and also read from motivational books. It helps that I have all those bob greene ones, but I'm sure there are lots of websites out there too. Just keep looking until something clicks. And if that doesn't work, put on your gym clothes and just go slowly to the gym. Even if you don't get in a "Great" work out, sometimes just going can help refresh your mind and body about the routine.
Stephie- Have you noticed that drinking less sugary drinks helps control your appetite? I've never been a huge soft drink or juice person, but when I drink some at work I notice within an hour or so that I have uncharacteristic cravings.
