I was just looking through the weigh-ins, which I have been doing even though I have been slow on the chat. What happened to our team??? We are down to like half or less than what we started with. Is that normal?

audri I didn't do the last challenge, but apparently a lot of people dropped out of that one...so I'm guessing a similar thing happened this time? It's sad but at least some of us are still going!!

So I posted my final numbers this morning. I didn't want to do it because I was up from last week, but I felt like I had to to stay accountable. I think that my extra low number last week was a fluke because I had been sick with bronchitis and not moving around/eating much. This week I have eaten way too much. :-(

I know the challenge is ending, but my goal is to get back down to 175 before the end of the year and then really hit the road after New Year's to get rid of this last 40-50 pounds.

Good work ladies and hopefully I'll see some of you in the next challenge!
