All that "good" stuff ~ chips, cookies, candy, icecream ~ all the no-no stuff. But if I tell myself I can never have that again, I go off the deep end and eat even more. So, if I want something like that I buy a single serving size. There is no way I can have that stuff in the house and leave it alone. No matter what I tell myself ~ it's just not gonna happen. Also, I am in better control in front of other people (at work, in a restraunt), so if I am gonna have something like that I can have it there and just eat a little with out getting into trouble. It is what I do when no one is looking that gets me into trouble.

Cookies and real soda (Coke).

I crave real soda like a crack addict. We can't have it in the house. I'm not even allowed down the cookie aisle anymore.

I bought those ice cream sandwiches from Slim-Fast but those cookies on the outside turned out to play to the cookie trigger. So, no more of those.

Grandma's Country Fried Chicken (the kind where the crust gets really golden brown and falls off piece by piece as you crunch into it)...homemade chunky, buttery potatoes with gravy..and of course chase it with a homemade buttermilk biscuit..fluffy and light!.....p.s. my granny used pure lard to fry her chicken!...cooked in an iron skillet....pure heaven....Made me feel all warm and cozy inside!!!

Cheese!
Cheese!
Cheese!
I can either have a bucket o'nachos, or I can have no nachos.

My cholesterol likes me better when I select the second option.
Let's not even think about double-cheese pizza.

So far, I eat one cheesy meal every month, and then have a fat-free day the next day. Tomorrow will be one.

Ya'll hit 'em all..... ice cream, browines, peanut butter, and cheese. So, I eat ice cream like once a month, I *NEVER EVER* bake brownies, I limit myself to 1 jar of peanut butter for every 2 months and I keep the most minimal amounts of cheese in the house as possible..... it sucks. But it's the ONLY way.
