Down to 208.9. Have a massive migraine going on, this insane weather is killing me - cold one day, warm the next. Sometimes I've overdressed, sometimes I don't have enough layers. It's driving me nuts!!!! All of this pressure in the atmosphere is wreaking havoc on my brain. Ugh.

Kateb good for you for prioritizing your family. Enjoy your time together and make some fabulous memories that you'll cherish in the future.

bigjoe another great drop, keep it going!

Kukkie84 here's hoping that your migraine doesn't last, take care.

loveofmylife001 happy Wednesday to you too

So I have not been doing much during my staycation, just relaxing, catching up on some movies, doing a few chores around the house. But I have a busy day ahead of me, which started early with a trip to the dealership to have my Winter tires installed, and just now a cardio ballet workout. Then Loki is getting groomed, I have a ton of errands to run (all Christmas-related) and I plan on making (er...attempting to make) some sort of draperies to cover our bookcases in our living room. We'll see just how much I really get done.

Just popping in to say that I didn't let the migraine overcome me. Went to the gym at lunch, and got in a 30 minute run. The blood is circulating, the endorphins have been released, and my migraine has been downgraded to a headache. Kukkie for the win!

In a rush! Leaving out in about an hour to drop kiddos off at school, a quick trip to the gym and then meeting up with my sisters, my mom and aunt for a girls mini vacation. Hoping I don't blow it too bad!
I hope all of you have a great day and I'll check back in on Sunday or Monday.....probably belly-aching over my weight.

New low today (for this time around!) and enjoying it while it lasts!

Looks like it was quiet in here yesterday.

Joe good for you for trying to switch things up. I find I start derailing when I'm bored with what I eat.

Jill congrats on the new low, and have a great time with the girls.

I'm holding steady at 208.9. It seems my body no longer likes incremental changes day to day. I tend to hold and then drop or gain in larger increments. Interesting how our bodies change as we age.

I do the same thing... Trying to keep everything low carb and trying to get in as low carb as possible. Except last night I had a taco bowel cantina and it had some rice in it.

Jbl1975 new lows are always a treat! Enjoy your mini-vacation with your sisters!

Kukkie84 I think it's awesome that you still went to the gym yesterday, despite having a migraine. Pushing through it.

Just completed a 60-minute HIIT/weights/pilates/yoga workout. I hate yoga, I can't even do most of the moves yet.

Joe good job on the scale yesterday the up today is definitely from the rice bowl at taco bell ... so no worries, it'll be gone in a blink Low carb has got to be the hardest. It's so easy to count calories when just eating ... a little rice, a little pasta, a little bread. Carbs add up super fast and show so quickly on the scale

winning, going in the right direction

lovemylife, nice day here yesterday, great temps today rain and more rain

Kukkie sorry about the migraine Does the coffee not help since you had Peanut? I know often times after having children our bodies just aren't the same, smh. The weather here has been cold (30 degrees) and then in the 60's and 70's. You don't know what you'll wear from one day till the next Good job on the scale and on holding also YAY for WINS for Kukkie Don't let anything get in your way HA age ... (big sigh) just something else to make this journey harder

Martine, were you able to get everything done yesterday? I love to sew. I want to buy a new sewing machine. The new ones I see do just about everything. Mine is old. I've had it since the late 80's Good job on getting your workout in and done Martine I've never even tried yoga OR seen a video or anything of it. What is it all about? I tried palates once/twice, bought a video ... not for me Good job on the scale this morning

Jill on the new low Let that be your inspiration to keep it going through the weekend but not so much as to let it over power having fun Enjoy your girl/family time

I'm trying the military diet again for the 4th time. I almost got yesterday right but dinner was a hit and miss. Still I had a .5 drop this morning so I'm doing day two today. Breakfast was OP, Lunch show be ok, I'll keep my fingers crossed for dinner

Good Thursday Morning Everyone

It's a nice sunny day here today even though it's a bit chilly. It's suppose to warm up into the mid 50's which is actually pretty good for this time of year in Michigan.

I'm so looking forward to being on vacation next week I already have a strategy so that I won't over eat on Thanksgiving lol. Actually have a busy week planned and then Thanksgiving morning at 5 am my brothers and I will be packing hot meal for Meals on Wheels Program. We volunteer every Thanksgiving.

Kukkie84 Great job on hitting the gym despite the migraine. I tend to push threw things as well. I think the only thing that will stop me from my exercise regime is the stomach flu. That just takes me down.

jb1975 Enjoy your mini vacation with your family!

Martine You are doing so great with your HIIT workouts Hope you are enjoying your staycation!
