Checking in. I know I've been hit or miss. Congratulations LGW on the new low. That's awesome! I am looking towards the teens myself and was getting close (again) but am now back up. Several days of not being home and eating on the go (helping a family member pack, move & unpack) did some damage to the scale. Upping the water intake and reducing the carbs so hopefully I'll get heading back in the right direction.
Kukkie ~ congrats on the eye surgery. I would love to have that done, but I'm not a candidate for it . . . and I can't afford it.
Waving to everyone. Have a great day!

I am powerful and imthegoddess, great job both of you on persevering and getting back into the routine of logging your food.
On Monday, went for a 2.75km walk with SO and our dog, it was wonderful to be out in the morning sun. Looking forward to a lot more of these walks throughout the Summer.
Down 0.3lb. Probably could have been more, I ate really good meals and had great water intake, however in between I was extra snacky. And even though I was eating low cal snacks, there were quite a few. So I'm grateful for the loss, however small. Need to stay the course today.
Thanks for all the well wishes. I'm so glad that I had the surgery done, but I'm being completely impatient waiting for my vision to stabilize. It's a frustrating process.
Imthegoddess way2go on keeping track. That is 80% of the battle right there. Sweet news about the scale.
So, I didn't hit all the workout goals I wanted yesterday but I still did well. So yay. I kept track and my eating was good. So double yay. I'm logging in for a second day and therefore have no choice but to award myself, that's right, a triple yay.
18. 9000 steps, 45min lap swim, cal below 1500
Good for you, and thank you. Yes, I managed to stay on track and log for the second day in a row.

I can imagine. I can tell my eyes have changed again. Oh the joys of staring at a computer screen all day. Congratulations on the loss. Any loss is a win in my book.
As for me, I will weigh in on Friday as is my normal schedule. I plan to keep on track until then, so here's hoping. Have a great day everyone.

It looks as though everyone is doing well. PenguinGirl, Kukkie,Martine, way to stomp that weight. Keep it going!
MadeToThrive welcome back to the land of 3 fat chicks.
Sooooo....I was doing well all day yesterday until I made my hubby's birthday bfast. Fresh hot yummies out of the oven at 11pm was too much to resist. No worries, Banana Bread doesn't have any calories right haha. He enjoyed it much this morning. I however, am abstaining from the scrumptious bread on my counter. I ate some last night, no need to have again today. Now, I just need to figure out a nice dinner and desert that'll still allow me to be in my budget, but DH will still feel spoiled by the results.
Thinking Taco Salad, since I can layer that however needed for budget and the boys can help make it.
Desert, I might pick up cinn rolls or some kind of fruit filled pastry. Or I'll have the kids build some kinda Twinkie tower. I dislike all those items so abstaining should be a breeze. Fingers crossed.
May 17th start 256.8
18. 9000 steps, 45min lap swim, cal below 1500
19. 10,000 steps, cal

What a smart way to go about it. Can't eat it if you don't like it.
LGW you are moving fast towards onederland!
Woke up to a new low again this morning. This motivates me even more to do another workout today. Can't let the little voice in my head deter me though. Have a great day everyone!
Yesterday may have not been perfect, but I haven't done this well at a bday party in ages, so I'm proud. Not sure how to count the cal on some of the items, but I'm good with how I feel about the day.
Today was a doozie. Not sure how to track anything. What a blast though. Family went to a fun center and for four hours we went crazy. Then we went for ice cream and I didn't order myself any. Later we went to pack meeting for scouts and I had 1 brownie. Who is this woman? Self-control with some of my absolute favorite nummers. I hope the scale smiles upon me Sunday morning. I sure am tryin.
