What a horrible night's sleep I just had (sigh). Feels like a truck ran me over. Taking it easy this morning, but I MUST get in a workout today. I'm so happy to be sticking under 240, but now I can't wait to get under 230!

Whoop Whoop, Boyfriend and I found our new home (for a year at least!), ate at an amazing Irish Pub in our New City, and had a funday Sunday of just watching crap tv and movies and having one splurge after not eating all day because we were feeling too lazy to cook! All in all I'm pretty happy with my balance right now!
Hi all, i obviously have not been focused for the past month and the scale shows it. I haven't been logging my food either. That needs to change today. My goal for today, log my food on myfitnesspal.com and try to eat only what is on plan.
Ate like crap most of the weekend, but I somehow managed to balance it all out. And overall ended up with a 0.1 gain from Friday. Hurt my ankle at the trampoline place though. Took a tumble and landed wrong, not while jumping, but when I was coming off the damn court. Argh.

Managed to stay pretty focused and low carb over the weekend. I had a few small "treats" but overall am pleased with my numbers today. I had a late mother's day dinner last night (my daughter didn't get off work until 8:15 so we didn't eat until about 9). I ate a few of her cheesy fries but my dinner was mostly protein - Salad, Steak and Lobster tails. It was delicious and a major treat.

This is my first time posting in this thread. I do not weigh every day. I try to wait a week but I never get that far and I always give in after a day or so.
My starting weight was 277.5 on April 26th.

Honestly I'm ok with this, I know the next month or so will be insane for me, so if I can stick around this I will be ok, because by Mid-June I can workout like crazy and get back on track!
Stupid TOM. I could not stop myself from snacking yesterday. And then hubby ordered takeout for dinner. Can't deny the 1 lb gain. Actually quite grateful that it wasn't more. And as I type this I realize that I forgot my 1L water bottle at home. Must be extra diligent with water consumption today.
