I've done really well since last Thursday. 7 lbs down! 277.2 today.

I've landed myself with strep throat. Not eating for a day has helped me lose my gain though lol

276.6 today.

Finally lost enough to join this thread! *laugh* Had gotten down to the 250s a few years ago; gained it all back. Story of my life.

But here I am, on the way down again.

Awesome! I am so glad to be on 3fc! I'm down from 293 to 286 as of today! I am so happy the weight I gained from trying Thrive is gone and now I am looking forward to loosing more. South Beach Gluten is working for me.

Gain, lose, gain...vicious cycle. 273 this morning so I can't complain. I also have a great NSV. I bought a shirt the end of June, about 3 months ago, on clearance. It's a nice shirt but it was too tight to wear. You know how it is though, I really liked it and it was too good to pass up because it had been marked down so much. Anyway, today I'm wearing that shirt to work and it is loose. This has given me a major boost today.

Congrats on the loss, and I'm glad you've found a plan that works for you. Sometimes I think that's half the battle!

Yeah, it's a roller-coaster. Enjoy the downswing and stack up those NSVs for when you need the encouragement to continue! Clothing is a GREAT NSV, because it's so... there! It's visual and palpable and lifts your spirits just by wearing it.

I am claiming victory and moving on. I was at 268 this morning. I'm so excited about the progress I've made, and I look forward to seeing you all in the 260s thread soon.

My weight loss is slowing down even though I have upgraded my walking from 10000 to 12500. I have just barley dipping my toes into phase 2 South Beach Glutenfree. getting frustrated
