Thanks for the cookbook suggestions. I downloaded them from the library and look forward to getting into them (the library had 2 diet Taste of Home versions).
I’ve had 70+ ounces of water today. Husband made spaghetti for dinner.
Spent 35 minutes on the elliptical and worked up a sweat. Did a couple of reps of an arm extension with 3 lb weights.

I’m starting from scratch. Took a couple of flights of stairs at work today. So winded but I’ll try to keep adding that in.
What kinds of boot camps are you all doing? What is the format like? I’m so out of the loop.
