I'm down 2.2 this week but weigh the exact same as I did on January 5th so no real loss. Just what I gained last week, smh.

Good for you Peggy and Rennie! I did not fair to well this past week so I am up several from water retention so I am not sure where I really stand until I weigh in Friday after getting back on track this week.

Howie I didn't fair well this week either. Hoping to show/have some real weight loss this week This losing and gaining the same pounds is insame

I doubt I will make my first goal by the end of this challenge. Those scales wouldn't budge for several weeks and then decided to move up. Although when I weighed in last week I had hit it pretty hard working out the weekend prior. Still, it's feels good to finally see the scales move in the right direction! At this stage of the challenge, I'll be happy if I can just make it to 249.9.

01/19/2015: 211.2 (-0.2) [-4.6 total] Still moving in the right direction!
01/26/2015: 209.8 (-1.4) [-6.0 total] Much better numbers!!
02/02/2015: 209.2 (-0.6) [-6.6 total] Still progressing, plus lost 1/2 inch each in bust, hips, waist, & arms this week!
02/09/2015: 204.0 (-5.2) [-11.8 total] Finally got the whoosh to go with the loss in inches!!

Congrats Candid, lookin2, SoMuch, jillybean, and slugger for your weight loss this week! And to everyone who hasn't weighed in yet today. Everyone has had some rough spots during the challenge, but I'm so proud of all of us for sticking with it!

Candid, I tend to have weeks where I fluctuate around the same number until I'm ready to throw my scale into a wall, but as long as I stay on plan, the whoosh eventually comes to prove my hard work. It's totally understandable that you're frustrated, but those numbers will start dropping soon!
