Howie, I wonder if we just get too excited about being so close to that goal?? With me usually if I don't see the weight on weigh in day, it will usually appear just not when I needed it to (if that makes sense)

I got to the gym today for the first time in 6 months and felt good except for sore shins when I tried to do the incline heights that I use to do and the speed. I'll get there again
