AAD - love the steady downward movement

seemyfeet - hula hoopin' is awesome! And so glad you're feeling better with the thyroid pill on board...it affects soooo much. At least it does for me.

garnet - a good vocabulary is sexy Hope your first day on the job went well!

Caramel - nice drop!

Angi - you sound like a super busy gal these days...takes a strong woman to keep all those balls in the air. Keep on juggling like a champ

Matilda - breaking into the single numbers is fantastic!

Well, trainer session this morning and the weigh-in puts me at 194 so I think I'm pretty comfortable saying I won't be bouncing back up. If all that airport crap food and constant picking at food and drinking way too much wine didn't wreck me, I think I've finally moved solidly into the 190's. Does that mean I have to leave? This thread has so many nice people, I don't wanna go

I'm up 1.5, but it's hormones so I'm not worrying. I'm just happy to have my cycle that regular that I can tell it's just hormones.

Me... well... hovering around 215 these days.. (Not being good again) I think the rain (not as much walking) and the New Newer job stressed me out for awhile that bad food tempted me and I gave in. I even had Burger King the other day (YIKES!) so time to talk to myself seriously... I want to get back to the feeling of being in control and the feeling of not "feeling Full" like I have had these last 2 weeks... I like feeling not full... it motivates me.

Well Happy Thursday to you all! May it be a SPECTACULAR DAY!

Hi All! Hope the day is treating everyone kindly.

Sue, it's great to see you're hanging in there. It sure isn't easy to do when life starts tinkling on your parade, but you're still here being accountable.

I'm starting to see a little of the mid-cycle bloat go. 204.5 today. I can't wait to see 199.5. That will be my halfway point in my weight loss journey.

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well. Dreary, cold, rainy weekend here in Upper Michigan. But the morning was fun. The gym had a "new music launch" event for the new versions of the classes and I managed to do all four back to back. Had to take a 1-track break during the 3rd class because I was WIPED OUT and had to pee so friggin bad and had to change my clothes (things were beyond nasty at that point), but it was a sweaty hilarious fun 4-hour marathon. Four of us were attempting to do all four and two of us managed it so yay for me and Brit LOL The other ladies managed 3 so yay for them too 1433 calorie burn...holy smokes! They did it up really nice - they ended classes with 5 min breaks in between so you could go to the "refreshment" area for complimentary fruit, veggies, protein bars, protein drinks and/or coffee (pumpkin spice and regular). Lights down, disco balls on full blast and 50% sales on clothes/equipment. Anyway, had a blast but I certainly felt the effects all day. I fell asleep for about 2 hours not long after I got home and when I got up I was all OMG I'M SORE haha

Keep doing awesome things everyone!

LesMills.. That sounds like a BLAST what you did and that you made it through all 4 workouts! I bet you and your friend laughed alot too! I burned 5 calories just thinking of what you all did! but 1400+! WOW! you deserved the nice nap (tho the miscles stiffened up I bet)

I am up again... a friend came down (who moved away a month ago) and we went out for wings and beers 2 nights in a row.. OUCH! LOL 100 calories per wing Jimminy!

Les that is awesome!!! I would like to try a challenge like that, although it seems like a big challenge!

Although I had a good weekend and did not go to the gym because I had to work I think I will see the scale go down....I did good with my eating.

Goal #4 out the door! Hit the 100lb lost mark this morning with a pound to spare Got to ring the fighter bell at the club and everything HAHA

Les WOW CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Today was another weigh in day and I'm down to 211.4 I'm looking forward to being in single digits...... hopefully next week.
