Hi to all newbies and old timers
I'm still here after going up to 211 over xmas and now back down to 204.2
I'm hoping to keep myself on track enough to get out of the 200's in the next month. Time to focus. I'm running 3x a week and have booked myself and my 16 year old onto a 5k race in March so we're training for that. Also start a new job soon so juggling that.
