Hey Rennie... First of all congrats on the loss of 3.8lbs.. Thanks to your mindful eating.. I wish I could do that as well and lose so much in 3 days but I have waivered a bit last couple of days and I am +0.6 lbs than the weekend weigh in.. Makes me sad
but wat u said has motivated me to do whatever it takes to reach 187 by end of month.. (I know easier said than done)
As for the pedometer, I use a Omron HJ-321 Tri-axis Pedometer with Calories Burned.. I bought this on from Amazon for around $17 and have found it to be pretty much accurate so far.. There are more precise ones but I did not want to spend on it much. This one is handy and I carry it 99% of the times with me.. It is good and works for me. I have owned it for the last 2 months.
