Hey

I have been in the 180s for too long. I think it is time to get serious again and get the scale moving. So I am joining. And not a moment too soon as I have a wedding to attend on Saturday and my first long beach weekend. Both usually come with bad choices so my main goal is to weigh at least the same on Tuesday. Hopefully, that will be accomplished with lots of swimming and a bit of running.

Hi Mozzy, is the scale any better this morning?

Not for me, I'm still hanging around 181-ish and unwilling to change my ticker!

It's getting old losing and gaining the same 2,3,4 lbs over and over. This heat and humidity and TOM is killing me with water retention.

I don't have any plans that involve being around non-OP food so I have no excuse not to eat right. I do need to be more consistent with my exercise, for some reason I've been kind of slacking.

Mozzy, lol @ shark week. I'm still trying to kick this last pound or two to the curb. Hoping it will be out of here next day or so.

Been trying to keep things pretty low cal to get a jumpstart, seems everytime I turn around something is going on that involves food :/

It was good to see 170's back on the scale this morning....one more pound and my ticker will ring true. Hopefully it keeps going down and it should as I plan to stay OP and keep up my walking/jogging. Been kind of slacking lately.

Well I have been gone roughly 6-7 weeks. My fiancee came home from his work (he works up north for half the year) so I had to readjust to his way of eating and find a way to still lose weight hahaha...well it took me 6-7 weeks but I did it lol. Only 3.5lbs since then but thats when in the last couple weeks of adjustment. I should now be back on track , no more maintaining, hopefully. I'm 187.6-187.8 today. So I fell out of the 190s thread when I was last on this site. So now I am joining you ladies here. Hoping to be in the 170s by beginning of august. Hopeing lol

Hey CherryQuinn! Good to see you back on here! Sounds like you did really well eating wise, if that was me mine would have gone up.

I'm at 178.8 this morning, getting closer to my ticker. Amazing how one off plan meal can take 4-5 days to come back off.

I weighed in at 178.0 this morning but I'm not moving my ticker till it stays gone and keeps moving down!

I'm getting more than anxious to see 160's on the scale. In reality I should probably have been there by now but as long as I get there eventually, right?

After stalling in the 190's for almost a year, this month I have finally reached the 180's. I want to get out of the 180's by the end of July. No stalling!
