I'm not getting very many shifts all right now(like 2 a week) but i'm just glad to have a job where i'm constantly on my feet and busy. It's going to really help me stop over-eating out of boredom.

Because when I lose weight I always get stuck at around 230 and I end up giving up and gaining it back. This time here I am stuck at right about the same spot... but instead of giving up I am staying on plan and working out like crazy and wearing smaller clothes. I am giving away the bigger (almost new) clothes so have no choice but to wear the smaller ones LOL
