To make up for the terrible write off of yesterday... Beer, cheesy quesidillas, and some more beer. All the day before weigh in, stupid! (still lost .04 somehow) Back on track this week, hoping for a whoosh next week!

If you talk the talk you need to walk the walk!
Once you put it out there you must follow through or it will forever be a thorn in your side!
For me it all boils down to to knowing what you are really made of.
I believe it is easy to say the words ...putting actions behind them that 's what makes the difference.
I know there are numerous excuses I could think up why I can't do something...but in the end it would a pathetic rationale to protect my ego !
I try very hard to not tell lies to others So WHY SHOULD I LIE TO MYSELF!
So I go on, even when I don't feel like i!Sometimes I think I'm in that old movie with Bill Murray GroundHogs day ,where everyday is repeated and he can begin to predict what will happen everyday.

Im staying on track because, even though my weigh in today was up .6lbs (tom), I can see a difference in my body that is positive. And I know if I dont stay on plan, the scale wont change in the direction I need and want it to!
