Feeling sad... but, grateful. I didn't feel that greatest last night- headache. This morning I have horrible bodyaches, feel terrible and have a fever. Therefore, I am not going out of state to visit my grandkids. I don't want others to get sick, too. Feeling sad...really sad.

But, the point of daily gratitudes is to see beyond the moment at hand.

- had a nice time at the Halloween story. (even with having a headache) Even told the kids a couple of stories.Probably ate only 300 extra calories. (not worried about that) I am grateful.

- a wonderful neghborhood

- a caring husband

- a warm home on a cold morning

- friends, family, YOU ALL, cell, internet, fb, music

- memories of my wonderful Aunt Mackie - all her love and kindness

Sending a warm hug to you, Beverlyjoy. I understand.

+ had a ten hour sleep last night without a potty break

+ feeling OK about the impending visit from Sandy - I did survive the Ice Storm of 1998

+ received a lovely gift "bucket" full of nice things from Toni for the use of my garden this year

+ my propane "wood" stove which will keep me warm if we lose power

+ Jazz who really comforted a sad new resident at pet therapy yesterday - I was so proud!

+ Aleve - which certainly eases my various aches and pains

+ looking forward to today's Fair annual meeting and luncheon

+ a much less stressful week ahead

- we will get 60 mph winds and rain - grateful that we don't have to evcuate. I am praying for people in harm's way.

- love that heating pad!

- plenty of healthy food

- friends, family, you all, internet, cell, fb, music

- glad the neighborhood kids had fun at the party. Looks like Halloween could be a bust.

I'll have no computer this week... I'll try and check in from the library. Take care everyone.

-I'm working hard on changing my sleeping pattern and I'm making progress.

-I ordered a new pair of shoes and I'm excited to receive them in the mail.

-The dog I'm babysitting is adorable.

-I completed C25K last week.

I hit normalweight BMI last week, I had a slight gain again, however I was at normalweight BMI for a week.

-I've found a new favourite brand of shoes. Superificial, I know, but shoes really make the outfit.
