+ sent more stuff to the Auditor doing my Mill audit - grateful for being able to send things electronically

+ absolutely gorgeous drive through forest and lakes to get to Stewart's home yesterday

+ progress is being made on the tax return

+ finished the binding on the current quilt - now to do my own quilting

+ another sunny day is being served up

+That even when I don't behave as well as I should on my diet sometimes, that I never eat as much as I used to. This from the perspective of having had 6 squares of chocolate and a bag of popcorn last night. In the past, it would have been much more.

+For having people in my life, both online and offline, with whom I can talk about my weight loss effort.

+For having a job that doesn't stress me out of my mind even when travel is involved.

- my computer's harddrive totally toast - grateful it's under warrenty (however, it has to be sent to manufacturer... so it will take 2-3 weeks until I get it back - phooey)

+ I got my four pies made in record time yesterday

+ was very tired last night but pushed myself to go to book club and had fun

+ Claire is taking my pies to the sale this morning since I am doing pet therapy

+ Jazz escaped the yard and my neighbour carried him home - the hole is now fixed

+ had time yesterday to sort and organize my desk which was pretty piles with papers

+ lots of positive feedback from the Thursday evening meeting
