*I woke up today. When my alarm went off I went back to sleep. But luckily I woke back up about 5minutes later

+ pedicure and massage were wonderful yesterday afternoon

+ all the daffodils are planted as we had lots of volunteers

+ found the 6K error in the books - and know how to fix it!

+ baby spinach for salads and smoothies

+ the gas stove in the back room - so cozy in the evenings

- I met with a very nice registered dietician yesterday - it felt productive. I am grateful.

- even though I am 60 years old in numbers I am so very young at heart

- dh is hard working man with good values and takes his responsibilities to heart.

- my friend, Frannie, wants to come and visit. So excited.

- had a healthy day yesterday.. am so grateful. Also grateful for the willingness to try.

- picked up something way to heavy and pulled a muscle... grateful that I am not in a panic. I know it will be better in a few days.

- it's windy outside and a very cool morning - grateful for our furnace

- saw Mom yesterday and took her on her errands. She keeps plugging along.

- got ink for the printer... I have a favorite photo of Alex and Maya printed up to send to the relatives.

+ Claritan with decongestant. I'm not kidding. I woke up sneezing my head off this morning and one of those has already put me right.

+Sitting here in my home office listening to the birds outside.

+A local indoor swimming pool that is warm enough that my joints don't lock up.

+ the absolutely glorious leaves - I think this is the best they've ever been

+ tackling the Tax Problem yesterday and making progress

+ music - have not been playing CDs lately but am thoroughly enjoying them these days. My husband had a huge collection of classical and jazz which I have been sorting

+ two very happy dogs who are enjoying the yard without escaping

+ feeling good over my final decision to drive to southern PA for US Thanksgiving
