This thread got really quiet. Just checking in. I am at 224.0 today. My "official" weight was 225.6 on Thursday which was no change from the previous week. Have a great weekend everyone!!
I think I'll take the next few days off weighing myself because the disappointment I've felt every day my weight has gone up threw me off my diet. I'm going to refocus without checking results until I feel back in control.

I had a good week, scale wise, down to 132/133. I just messed up my bad leg, though (tripped and fell, such a klutz) so I'm going to have to take a break from exercise and that worries me.
my no-weighing-in week was "eh". i know what i did wrong to result in bad weigh-ins. and this week i'm taking steps to change that. i still have hope of being 139 by the end of september! (:
Hi everyone! I've been MIA and you can probably guess why... I've been way off plan. It just made me so sad to change my ticker from the 160's back up to 182 since I stopped posting here in the summer. Let's see how much I can get off during the last week of September and then start October off strong!
