As for me, my dear friends, my stomach feels like it's blowing up with bloat, it hurts and I'm fat! It's like TOM is starting all over again or something, usually by now it would be subsiding this bloat is making me scared about my weigh in tomorrow but I know I've been good, so it is what it is!

Onami, I'm glad you bought yourself a dress that made you feel pretty. I bought 3 new dresses and wore one to work on Friday; it made me feel fantastic. If the weather would finally warm up here, I could wear the other ones!

I'm stuck at 146, after a tantalizing glimpse of 143.8, but I've been really active the past week and am feeling good. I've decided I'm just not willing to eat little enough to create a big enough deficit to lose a pound a week anymore. I'm going to keep it at 1500-1600 a day and try to exercise for at least an hour every day and see what happens. I was hoping to be under 140 by my birthday in early June but, if I'm not, I'm fairly certain the world won't end.
I'm down .6 today to 215.6 -- today went well, tomorrow is totally normal so I think this will be a good week for me.
Diana -- Hurray for finding all you needed at the store! I hate it when I have to go to more than 1 store to get the stuff I want for the week. I hope your busy day went by quickly.

Kelly, there's a website for C25K here. I have a free app for my phone that lets you listen to your own music, which is really handy, and it tells you when to switch from walking to running. The website is what started it, though, so you'll find lots of information there. Lots of people on the board do C25K; I believe there's a support thread for it in the exercise forum.
Hi to everyone else! I don't have a lot of time this morning since it's my last work day before vacation (SO EXCITED) but I thought I would check in just in case I don't get the chance tomorrow before I leave. I'm down 1.4 this morning to 193.8, so I guess the past couple days of really sticking with it have paid off.
Honestly, I'm not even going to worry about it for the next week or so. I'm just going to enjoy my trip stress-free for once. I'll be back at the end of next week to check in! Take care, everyone.

Down 1.2 today - hurray! I credit some miscalculations in my calories yesterday...I accidentally entered some lunch items twice and thought I was finished my calories for the day, but I really had 300-400 to go. Today has been great too so hopefully I'll keep on losing.
