Ok yesterday I weighed in at 192.0

Today I weighed in at 189.4 ... I did very well until I got home and then the munchie monster got to me ... I ate my roast with to small potatoes cooked in it and carrots ... then I ate 2.5 cups of Corn Pops (I can't drink the milk so I added cereal until the milk was gone). My husband said, "HONEY" when I poured the last bowl because he thought I was over doing it ... and I was. So I'm surprised to have a 2.6lb lost. But I ate it all before Bible study and then I had jello with peaches and 2 plain cup cakes after, but not a lot. AND I got my water in

Caroline oh my goodness ... me too on the clothes. I do try them on only to toss them in the chair in my room. You should see that chair it's a mountain and I am too lazy to put it all back. I need to put it all in a lawn bag, then my closet would be empty. and me too on what I can fit Congrats on the 2.2lbs gone and I am confident you'll see the new decade this month. Hope I can also

Kukkie had it not been for you I would have never attempted that smoothie. I know your issues with food are the same as mine, I just wish I could kick the meat like you. I trust what you eat so I will definitely try anything that you eat without question. And it's healthy too, makes it all the better I weighed in at 189.4 this morning. I'm taking the kids putt putt golfing today so I hope I can act like I have some since while I'm out today We will make the next decade this month and stay here until May then we'll strive for the next I'm not sure what Chelle has planned ... I want to give her another week before I start bugging her.

Thanks Ona It's funny the people that don't have anything good to say that say once baptized always baptized, smh. I do know this, I'm not a new babe in Christ. I just wanted to be baptized with my husband and son and by my Pastor and it did make their day ... I am sure trying to keep this fat under control

Hi everyone! I'm a bit late but I would like to join for the month of April. I'm also very new to 3fc and still learning the ropes. I'm getting married next April and I want to lose at least 60lbs before the wedding but not just for the wedding.... I need to lose it for so many other reasons as well. My ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs by the end of my journey and I'm determined to wear a two piece for my honeymoon! lol

I don't know how I went down .8 from yesterday. I totally ate without caring. I was in such a fog I couldn't even tell you what all I did eat, I just know it included a BurgerKing B-fast and a McD's dinner and a cadburry egg. I just hope this means if I get out of this depression and get on plan that I'll lose a bunch more quickly. I really wanted to see 199 by my b-day on the 27th. Thanks everyone for your prayers and hugs. We're just waiting for funeral arrangements to be announced now. It's so hard when something like this happens and you feel like the world should just stop for a few till you can get it together but the earth just keeps spinning and the clock keeps ticking. Appointments have to be kept, children have to be bathed and fed, and I have a big beautiful cake to make for my baby's first b-day party on Saturday (he'll be one tomorrow!)

Hello to all my 3FC friends

Up 1lb since last weigh in last week

Hi everyone... I'm back, I had an unplanned trip out of town so I did not have a chance to weigh in or work out for almost a week. I got a call last week Wed that my Grandmother was very sick and was not expected to make it through the weekend. We left Thursday morning to go to Minnesota got there that afternoon and she passed away that night. So needless to say we stayed for services and and visited with some family and got back late last night. I was doing my best to make the right food choices and stay active but it was not the same as being home and going to the gym. I was not going to let the scale get me down no matter what it said this morning but was very presently surprised to see only a one pound gain (I guess I was doing something right)!!!
I am really looking forward to getting back to the gym tomorrow and even more excited that Friday is Zumba Day!!! Got to get my Dance/Workout on. I hope everyone has been good, tonight I am going to be going back through and read all the posts i have missed over the past week.

My scale read 220 this morning It is moving in the wrong direction. My calories have been on plan but my sodium has been a little high. Since my calories have been OK this must be water weight. Given enough time my experience has shown that it will come back off again.

I'm up .2 today, but I guess I can live with that after the last couple of days and having eaten out for lunch. Today could have been better, but I was within my calories at least...too many carbs/fat though.

Working from home tomorrow, so I'll catch up on personals early in the morning...hope everyone is doing well

Good morning 3FC fam jam!

I'm still stuck at 191.7 but I have my team welcome lunch today. Will have to stay especially on point to make some good choices. Not sure what the evening will hold, but I know I won't be home for dinner....Tomorrow morning will be a fresh start for working out. I bought the darn Bosu ball, I need to start putting it to use.

Hey Rennie - quick one for you, I think you said you didn't like bananas and weren't putting it in your smoothie because you didn't like the smell or the sweetness when they get especially ripe. Sooo, I accidentally bought organic bananas the other day, which I didn't mean to do but whatever. Anyway, I added that into my smoothie this morning, and it was soooo much better. I'd recommend it if you want to find a way to add the bananas back in!

down another .4 today
My baby is One today. His party is tomorrow and I started working on his cake yesterday. I'm making a 10 in round (2 layer) for the bottom with little pillars to hold up a 6in round that will have a cake-teddy bear on top. I made a tree that will set on the 10 in and come up and over the teddy bear. I'm decorating the bear to look like Pooh and I'll have bees and honeypots to decorate all over. I still have to make more leaves for the tree, bake all the cakes, and make more frosting today. Yesterday I mainly worked on the tree and a batch of buttercream. I only tasted a lil' to make sure it was super scumptious I want to have the whole thing done by tonight so I can just work on the food and cleaning the house tomorrow before the party.

Julie I'm sorry for your family's loss Only gaining a pound after a stessful week like that is super good, you'll have it off in no time at all!

Angie .2 is no big deal, you could have done everything perfect and had that happen just because our bodies do that stuff
