NWD -- No Weigh Day -- didn't want to weigh after yesterday's 3,650 calorie and 460 carb day.....oh gosh. 05. another nwd -- i don't wanna know... 06. ditto -- weighing first thing in the morning -- whether i want to or not -- i just need to face the gain on the sale and ceal with it and move on to doing something about it....need to rid the house of popcorn kernels and pancake mix also....bleah 07. 276.5 YAYYYYY I faced the scale, and owned the gain, and got back on track today and it feels good.
