because staying on plan makes me happier than sitting on my but all day watching diet programs saying 'uuugh i need to lose weight' and reaching for another chocolate! or worse, a cigarette!

Both of these. Even if it takes another two years, trying to change something that makes me so unhappy is soooo much better than being afraid to even start.

because I felt upset and frustrated when I saw the scale bounce UP this morning, but I know I've been 100% on plan and so I just need time and patience.
