because I need to have food sanity in my life.

Because I've done it before, so I know I can do it again.

Because I didn't stick to plan yesterday. I kept veering off course but didn't throw in the towel. Back to it today.

Because I've started weight training and I don't want to see the scale go up any more then it has to xD

I've got to do something with my life, and attaining my dreams means I HAVE to lose this weight.

because I wore a dress yesterday I could not have worn 6 weeks ago.. I like that feeling and want more of it.

Because I went shopping last night and I'm officially in a size 10! I don't want to go back to a 16 or even an 18! EVER
