I just lost 5 lbs so I don't want all my hard work to go to waste!

This inspired me "maybe I can't lose 100 lbs, but I could loose 5 lbs twenty times" !!! Love It!
I only have to lose 5 lbs 19 more times--I really CAN do this!!!

Because I need to recover from my tendon injuries and lowering my weight will stop me from being in near constant pain/discomfort. I want to be able to run and play with my son without worry about hurting myself. I want to feel beautiful again
