Now that I think about it, I'm going to modify that goal again. I've been so far OP lately, that I don't want to get upset when I don't reach the goal, so I am going to change it from 199 to a more easily-attainable 205. If I reach it early (and I hope I do, I'll jump back to the 199 goal.
Its taken some time to decide where I'd like to be and what's realistic for a goal. I would like to be down to 260 by Easter. That's 12.6. This is just below the mark for my first WW 10%.
I would like to set a huge goal but the way I've been going lately I would just be setting myself up for failure. So I'm going to take it easy on myself and set a 7 lbs goal. Anything more would be great but I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
I should probably redo the timeframe on my goals, but I won't. My current Easter goal is to get to 152. That's just 2 pounds, but I don't know how fast or slow the last pounds to goal will be, and I kind of like being ahead of the ballgame instead of feeling like I will never reach my goals.
I am in. I would like to be 10 lbs. down by Easter, which would put me at 218. I am in the process of REALLY outlining my goals, food, fitness, and otherwise.
I've already met my St. Patrick's and Easter goals, so I decided to change them. To get to my new Easter goal, I need to lose 4.5 pounds. I think that's doable.
I've lost nine pounds since I posted my Easter goal. Eight more pounds to go! It would be cool to actually meet my goal, since this is the first one I've officially set. I had wanted to be under 250 by Christmas, but obviously that didn't happen. Better late than never, though
