  • 5 more lbs to easter goal...
maybe I might make this one!!!
  • Down one pound this week to 230. Haven't changed my signature yet, though! I'm trying not to get discouraged that I'm only down one pound, because I was REALLY vigilant this week. But I think the hormones are wanting to retain water (Pretty Miserable Seven days coming up if you know what I mean).

Hope everyone else is sticking with it, too!
  • Well I even picked an easy number, just a couple of pounds. And I am starting to worry I won't get there. I just have to buckle down and get my but working. I need to loose 3lbs by easter. Only 3lbs. I can do that.

  • I met my Easter goal today. Exactly. The scale at WW said 260.0. Woo-Hoo.
  • way to go Daners! now what's your next challenge?
  • I'm working towards another 20 by Memorial Day. That would be 50 this year! My general goal is for 10 pounds a month. It seems to be going at about that rate.

I think the Bolder Boulder will be much easier weighing 50 pounds less than I did last year. 6.2 miles is a long way to carry an extra 50!
  • Wow Daners, that 50 pounds by memorial day would be great! Congrats on the loss! You are doing just fabulous (do you want to lend some of that motivation to me?)

I am never going to make the Easter goal. I am going to change it again, this time to 210. I think that I maybe able to reach that one. I just can't lose any more weight, I'm just trying not to gain much more.
  • I thought I was failing at my Easter goal (I thought I'd set it at 190), but now I see that when I set my goal I was 211, and I set it for 196! so, I'm going to start hauling *** to try to make this one. Making a concrete goal is the best feeling! I think I can do it, but I also think I gained this week...we'll see.
  • Well, I maintained this week. That means I would have to lose five pounds in one week to make my Easter goal -- and that would take a miracle. Trying to decide if I still believe in miracles . . .

Congrats to all those who met their Easter goals already! You guys are awesome!
  • I plan on trying to make the Easter Goal, too.

    Daners, you are doing GRRRRREAT!!!!!!!

edited to say that losing 8 pounds in 10 days is not really feasible. But I am still going to try.
  • Down one...and six to go!
    Congratulations, Daners!

Well, since the flu, I really don't have a whole lot of stamina and haven't been able to exercise (although I did try and do a slow walk every day this week and succeeded with that goal).

Darn it, I have lost one more pound to 230. I want to keep my stand to 224, but I at least want to get to under that 23x mark. Six to go in one week sounds so far-fetched!

Should I change my goal because I was sick? Or is that cheating? I do not want to fudge my status, but I'm undecided because I wasn't able to do any exercise for 3 weeks.

    I'd love your thoughts/comments.
  • Happy Kester!
Thought this would be a good place to share this...it was so cute, I had to pass it on, if it's small enough. I hope so.
  • Very cute danners!

OK, since I changed my goal four times and didn't even think that I would make it then, I am happy to say that I did meet my goal of 210. I am there. Now I just need to get down more. I'd like to say I'll be at 205 by my dh's birthday (May 23).
  • Everyone is doing famously, congratulations!

I still have 1 pound to go to make my Easter challenge and I guess there is still time but with the way my weight has platued I'm not expecting too much
  • Well, I didn't meet my Easter goal. Only off by three pounds, though, so I came closer than I did to my Christmas goal
