Congratulations, Daners!
Well, since the flu, I really don't have a whole lot of stamina and haven't been able to exercise (although I did try and do a slow walk every day this week and succeeded with that goal).
Darn it, I have lost one more pound to 230. I want to keep my stand to 224, but I at least want to get to under that 23x mark. Six to go in one week sounds so far-fetched!
Should I change my goal because I was sick? Or is that cheating?

I do not want to fudge my status, but I'm undecided because I wasn't able to do any exercise for 3 weeks.
I'd love your thoughts/comments.
