- a new year with new possibilities...

- grateful for a healthy day yesterday

- my DH - I like just hanging out with him

- a long talk with my sister yesterday

- my 3fc friends - what a blessing you all are to me. I am grateful.

- my family, my friends, cell phone, fb, internet, music

- love seeing pictures of GS - my little cutie pie

- having the gratitude thread here at 3fc has been my anchor to this website. Even during times of unhealthy eating, I have always posted my gratitudes here... so, I would never really leave 3fc even if I wasn't posting beyond this thread. I am grateful.

(I have been writing down my daily gratitudes since 1998 - it DOES make a difference.... here at 3fc, for many years - grateful for my gratitude friends)

Good morning and Happy New Year! This thread is also my current anchor to the site. It has been one of the biggest online life changers for 2011. I agree, in the end it doesn't matter if I had an unhealthy eating day or whatever, finding something to be grateful for is VERY powerful in healthy living.

I am grateful for the start of a new year, but also grateful for things I accomplished last year, even if I didn't consider them on the list!
I am grateful for my health and strength and improved understanding of both!
I am grateful for my family and friends.
I am grateful for blogs and e-mail.
I am grateful for a morning without steady rain.
I am SO grateful for this outlet for me. There are habits worth making and this one is absolutely one of them.
I am grateful for a cooking plan today that includes "lucky" food such as black eyed peas and greens!

Thank you all! You have had such an impact on me you can't even imagine.

I am so grateful for this January thread! I woke up and came here to post and it seems so new and fresh. So much to be grateful for in 2012. I will be grateful for things I haven't even seen yet! I will surprise myself. It is such a wonderful pace to be.
- I am grateful for pickles. I realized I hadn't included them in any of my grateful threads. They are low calorie, tasty and I like to snack on them.
- I am grateful for iced tea. I drink gallons of it and love it.
- I am grateful for my parents. I called them last night and had a great talk with them. I am so lucky I still have them and am able to call them to talk with them and visit occasionally.
- I am grateful for my partner. He is supportive of my and always wants what's best for me. I am grateful we go on walks 1x per week. It is the only exercise he gets and I love talking to him and moving with him.
- I am going to borrow Chloe's "I am SO grateful for this outlet for me. There are habits worth making and this one is absolutely one of them. " because I agree 100% and love this as a habit.
- I am so grateful for all of you here in this thread. Thank you for working on being more positive and grateful in your lives. It has really inspired me and helped me do the same.I don't think we think about the impact we have on other people's lives.

I am so glad that folks are finding daily gratitudes beneficial and valuable. I know that's how they've been for me. Thanks for your kind thoughts!

Hi Crystal - glad you posted.

- a healthy day yesterday - I am grateful

- DH has great kindness for helping others - he's the 'go to' man in the neighborhood if someone needs help with a project or a breakdown of something.

- my headcold is just about gone - yay

- discovering some older clothes in the back of my closet that fit - that feels good

- the big wind only blew over something on our front porch - grateful (many folks had damage)

- almost all the decorations are put away... one more day to enjoy the tree with it's bubble lights

- friends, family, YOU ALL, internet, facebook, cell phone, music

- heating pad

-I am grateful because I woke up this morning and decided to get back on track working on my crafts. I am going to finish some veggie bags to take to the grocery store so I don't have to use the plastic bags for produce. It is so fun to be doing things with my hands again. I took a break after I finished my Christmas presents.
-I am grateful for my ribs. When I suck in my stomach, I can see them. I had forgotten they were there!
-I am grateful to have a warm safe place to live.
-I am grateful to have people who care about me.
-I am grateful to to care about and take care of.
-I am grateful for deep conversations with good friends
-I am grateful for the phone so I can stay in touch with people I love but don't live near by
-I am grateful for email. I get a lot of junk but I also get funny things that lighten my day.
-I am grateful for my job. I have more fun there then people should have at work and get paid for it too!
