You folks are so wonderful :) So happy to be here.

Was excited for 191.4 this morning!! 6.4 lbs to half way, 4 lbs until I'm lighter than my husband (FINALLY!)... Looking forward to kicking the 190s and get to the 180s! :)

I took my road bike out for 13 miles on Tuesday and it felt amazing. I'm in love with this bike and so excited to have a great cardio outlet (and something to focus on that isn't scale related). :)

I'm in my busy season for work so I'm sorry not more personals etc but you folks keep me going every day, so thank you!

I'm down to 196.2 but tomorrow is my official weigh in. I've lost another inch off my waist! I'm a 37" waist now OMG!!!! Going to Yoga now :)

Ok official weigh in today and it's 196.2! plus I'm down in measurements. They are now:

Chest: 41
Waist: 36.5
Hips: 39

I'm in the 30 inches! :cp: except my boobs but that's ok! LOL

Hello, Ladies! InsideMe and Fyreflie you are FLYING through. Way to go ladies.

Well, I've been MIA for a little over a week because I had so many projects due last week and finals last week and this week, plus work and everything. I was a little frustrated because I was at 199 for a little over a week and that's very unlike me not to lose. But, I broke through it today and am at:

197.8 today. Was wishing it was a bit lower by this time, but at least I broke through the 199.

Hey!! you're doing awesome too :) I find the longer I'm on this journey, the more 'feast or famine' the number seem to be. Bizarre but true! Stay the course, you're making great progress ;):hug:

New to Onederland. Hey guys! Ive been having a bit of trouble getting out of the 190s. Ive been staying right at around 194-195 for the past few months, this is also the heaviest Ive ever been, but it looks like today I weighed in at 192, Im not too sure since I have a dial scale (which needs to be exchanged for a digital, I HATE It.) but hey, the dial moved for the first time in a while :)

Okay, I've just been slowing down since getting to Onderland a couple weeks ago. I've only lost an ounce since Saturday. 197.7 today and I'm frustrated. I put in some extra time in the gym today. I'm guessing it's because I've been steady losing weight since July and it's just a slow down.

I did look at my heavier photos and one I took just a couple days ago. So I'm calling it my progress image. I'm just going to work towards adding a third photo when I reach goal weight!

Aishah!! OMG you look AMAZING!! I'm so jealous you're tall :) I'm a shrimp :) Seriously, you look just amazing! I've read from others that after loosing about 100lbs there is a slow down/readjustment period but you've come so far... you have more behind you than ahead so kudos!! I'm so excited for you <3

Hi all! I haven't checked in for a while; it is great to get up-to-date on everybody's progress and happenings.
AISHAH: Yowza! Ya look great!! I love your hair too, btw. :) :)

I had a NSV today: Ran my first 5k without stopping or walking part of it. I HATE running. This little victory feels pretty durn good. 34 minutes, give or take a couple of seconds...

These last couple of pounds in the 190's really need to get lost. Scram.

Aw, Thank you guys so much! =) I'm still stuck at 197. But, I had a complete and utter cave in this week. I went 100% OFF plan in a major way. I was out with my family and it had been such a hectic long day that I had forgotten to pack my lunch and snacks with me for the day. I went to CiCi's pizza with them and was just going to get a salad, because I go out and eat with people and stay ON plan all the time. But, I was so hungry and my will power that is usually so easy for me to say no was just not there. I ate 6 pieces of pizza. SIX! I felt so guilty about it and still do. That was Wednesday and I just weighed today because I was scared to get back on the scale. But, I didn't gain! But, only lost 2 ounces. So I'm BACK ON PLAN 100% now. Ready to get these last 30 pounds gone.

I had a similar day about a month ago, but it's all a learning experience. Move forward and that doesn't take away all the amazing work you've done!
