Question What a weekend!

What a weekend I had. I helped move my mom 400 miles away on saturday. I drove down and back home in one day. Then, on sunday I had a terrible migraine all day. Not a great weekend!
I decided that I am going to start jouraling per suggestions I have read here. Do you all keep a food diary too?

I recently started a food diary and I can't say anything negative or positive about it. I won't say it keeps me on track but it certainly gives me something to be proud of at the end of the day. My boyfriend is so tired of me saying, "Hey honey, listen what I had to eat today..."

I think food diary's REALLY work.

when I am writing it down, 99% of the time I am on track.

When I don't (like this weekend) it all goes down the tubes.

I agree with BA on this issue, it makes me a little more responsible about what I am eating.

I couldn't do this diet with out journalling.

400 miles each way in one day!? wow! no wonder you had a headache the next day.

Let us know how the journalling goes.

Thanks all. I woke up with a headache yesterday and today also. Three days of headaches! Soooooo aggravating! I figure since I already have a headache today, I will finally give up coke. I read somewhere once about some headaches being caused by dehydration. I'm hoping that my dietary changes will help with the headaches. I'm looking forward to grocery shopping on thursday and restocking my kitchen with good food. I have been going through cupboards, weeding out and organizing. It feels good to be doing that!
I decided that I'm going to keep an online and paper journal. Any suggestions on where I could set up an online journal?
