Sure, I'll join in! Anything to help hold myself accountable

My goal is to do 50 minutes of either jogging or elliptical Thursday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, and strength training/boot camp style training on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday.
Thursday, 6/24: Done! Jogged this morning before work
Friday, 6/25: Done! a 25 minute upper body interval strength training workout & a 25 minute lower body interval strength training workout (they were part of the 10 pound slimdown series with Chris Freytag on our cable's On Demand channel).
Saturday, 6/26: Done! 30 minute explosive cardio workout & 26 minutes HIIT on the ellipitcal for 2.3 miles.
Sunday, 6/27: Done! 60 minutes of the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD.
Monday, 6/28 Done! 50 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical for 4.5 miles.
Tuesday, 6/29: Done! 40 minutes of the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD & 10 minute ab workout with Kendall Hogan.
Wednesday, 6/30: Done!! Walked for 5 minutes, jogged for 20, walked for 4, jogged for 20, walked for 5, for a total of 55 minutes and about 3.75-4 miles.
WOO-HOO! I completed the challenge!
