6/24 Thursday: 20 minutes stepping (wii fit)
6/25 Friday: 20 minutes power walking (using the running part of wii fit)
6/26 Saturday: 10 minutes yoga, 10 minutes power walking (5 of the minutes pumping arms with a three pound weight in each hand). Ended up also doing 20 minutes stepping in the evening. Boyfriend had late shift I was bored.
6/27 Sunday: 30 minutes stepping (5 with weights).

Today I went shopping at the grocery store for healthy
foods and I spent THREE HOURS walking around! I wanted
to make sure the foods I got were healthy and good.
From all that walking around, I lost a pound which I'm proud of.
6/25 Friday:
Biked for 5 miles. It took me 12 minutes and some change.
Tomorrow I'm going to try and make it 10 miles.
Also, while cleaning the house I went on a complete
dancing frenzy! I moved my booty... literally!
6/26 Saturday:
Biked outside 5 miles. For the record, ACTUAL biking and
machine biking are really different. It took me 12 minutes
on the machine and 40 minutes outside on an actual bike.
Also, my legs were feeling the burn on the outside bike.
No way could I do 10 miles outside like I thought.
6/27 Sunday:
Cleaned the whole house today. Got every nook and cranny.
I also tried going to the pool at the YMCA but as soon as I
got there it started raining so they closed it.

6/26 Saturday: The only thing I did Saturday was walk at shopping centers. I didn't really get my heart rate up, but it was better than nothing.
6/27 Sunday: Intense 20 minute cardio workout
6/28 Monday:I marched in place for 30 minutes at a fast pace while listening to music. Not quite as boring as it sounds and my legs were on FIRE!

Cleaned while dancing. My mother is having a baby soon
so we're making sure the house is spotless.

Went to the doctors today with my mother. False labor, but
her contractions are getting closer and closer. We also went
for a long walk today to help her settle down and calm her.
