6/28 Monday:n/a. These two days were a major bummer - we're buying a house, and I'm afraid that I lost my exercise time to real estate. On the up side, though, we're almost done with the hard part of home buying!

6/24 Thursday:
Today I went shopping at the grocery store for healthy
foods and I spent THREE HOURS walking around! I wanted
to make sure the foods I got were healthy and good.
From all that walking around, I lost a pound which I'm proud of.

Biked for 5 miles. It took me 12 minutes and some change.
Tomorrow I'm going to try and make it 10 miles.
Also, while cleaning the house I went on a complete
dancing frenzy! I moved my booty... literally!

Biked outside 5 miles. For the record, ACTUAL biking and
machine biking are really different. It took me 12 minutes
on the machine and 40 minutes outside on an actual bike.
Also, my legs were feeling the burn on the outside bike.
No way could I do 10 miles outside like I thought.
Hey all....I did my exercise on Thursday for 30 minutes. Friday and Saturday I was away at a conference with some girlfriends.....I didn't officially get exercise but I didn't use the elevator at all - I walked some huge stairs going back and forth between workshops and we walked everywhere we went to eat etc. So, while I didn't do any concentrated 20 minutes or more exercise sessions I did walk and move much more than I do on normal days.
