I am hoping that I am back in the 160's to stay this time. I did some off eating and was actually back in the 170's yesterday but I am 168.6 this morning. Gonna have a great week so I do expect the numbers to keep going down

The 160's and I are going to be friends for a good long time.

I finally saw a new low yesterday! But I bounced back up again today. Still, I think I'm on the downward track again. I've cut my calories significantly.

I got to change my chickie yesterday! Today she's not quite accurate, but I snatched the 165 (and 70 pounds lost) the moment I saw it and ran with it!!

I'm still here - stuck at 161.5 - 162.0 for 2 weeks. This is getting old. If I keep on plan, doesn't the plateau eventually have to break? I hate to think that I have to get a stomach virus to break every stall!

I'm 166.0 today. I saw 165.8 a couple times, so I'm hoping hoping HOPING tomorrow I see 165! GAH! Seems like its taking forever! haha

Hi everyone! Just got into the 160s this weekend! I'm so excited to be here--it's been about two years. This morning the scale said 167.8, so I decided that seemed solid enough to officially move out of the 170s!!

It's nice knowing we're all struggling. Sorry! LOL! It's amazing that it gets this hard this soon. I wasn't expecting the big slow down for another 20 pounds. For me, it's been about calorie creep. I maintained really well, which is good to know, but cutting calories has definitely helped.

Kuchick, I hate stalls. I have at least two a month. This month it seems that I just keep going back to say hello to the 170's. Hopefully it will pass soon.

Eliana, what is your calorie intake right now? I am supposed to be trying for 1600 a day. I either don't come close or go over, can't seem to get it right

Today I saw a new low of 167.8, I'm happy and definitely shocked seems like everytime I see a good number the higher number says I'm not done with you yet

Still 166.0 today. I did see 165.8 pop up a couple times, but I'd rather take the higher number...I'll see 165 sooner or later. LOL I HOPE sooner! Ive been stuck here for most of this month now. >.< Seems like I've been losing most of my weight during TOM these past couple months so if thats sticks, I should start to lose again this week.

This morning I was up to 169.8... but it's still the 160s so I'll take it... I am aware that there will be fluctuations when you weigh in every day.

soooo lots of water today, and my roommate wants to join the gym with me! It's nice to have a buddy and support in real life, too.

Uh...low. I'm not the best calorie counter. I eat mini meals and keep them at or below 200 calories. Suffice it to say, in order to lose my calories need to be below 1200. I know people don't like to hear that, but that's the way my body works. I'm healthy, I'm getting a vitamin supplement, they're all power calories and I'm short! LOL! I was maintaining the 160's at 1200-1300 calories.
