I've been away from a computer and of course, made horrible choices the past 2 days. But everyone is going back to school so there will be no more family gatherings till December so I am now safe, I would do well for 5-6 days then I would binge a day, although I try to keep it under 2000 calories when I binge, but the last 2 days WOW!!! did I let myself go rampage on soda, cake and icecream. I think I had enough to last me a year.

Okay, back again, after major off plan week. somehow, the wrong foods make me hungrier.
So, back on low carb PLUS calorie counting until I conquer the cravings again, sheesh, why do I do that to myself.
