Okay, I am traveling to the lower 48 for the next two days for medical stuff. Wish me will power and good choices. I am going to give myself a "1700" calorie budget for T,W,Th and plan my restaurant meals accordingly. Am taking herb teas and sugarless gum with me too. Will also hit the treadmill in hotel and walk alot on first hill.
Oh, and I will buy myself a pair of pants that fit. Only one size smaller, but it's a start!
