My September ended yesterday instead of today with my newest low of 233.4! I went to the fair yesterday so it seemed a good day to end my month rather than today's weight of 236.4! I didn't go real overboard, so I know it's mostly water.

234.0 today, so happy! Just .2 more pounds and I get to add another dancing guy to my signature and I will have lost 35 lbs!!! Can't wait to be out of the 230's though, hopefully it won't take too long!

I am newer here, am at a holding pattern at 237. I really want to be 220-something by Halloween. You've all made great progress. I don't like this whole 220-230's because I feel I still have so much more to go, but I know I've come so far...
Plus, I think the upcoming holiday season is giving me anxiety attacks. I still don't trust myself to be strong...
Back WAY up to 237.2. I'm not stressed. I had a CRAZY weekend! Staying up far too late, not nearly enough water, not nearly enough water OR calories yesterday!
My body is really wondering what is going on. I just need to settle back into normal life and it will settle down.
Im up a little today as well wi at 229.6 i have a few events and went overboard with eating. and I didnt workout on saturday. Black on plan lets work!!
Hi friends! I am right on the edge of getting to the 220's. I actually saw 229 right after my spin class on Saturday... then Sunday morning I was up to 232. I guess I sweated 3 pounds of water in spin class b/c I stuck to my 1200 calories all day Saturday. Anyway hoping this is the week I see 220's stick for the first time since 2005!
