Anyway, thank you for the warm welcomes! WI this morning was 238.6. I'm up .8 from yesterday which doesn't discourage me at all because I have had 2 whooshes of weight loss over the last 2 days so it makes sense to me that my body is freaking out a little today.

Jojo, it sounds like you're doing a great job! Good luck with WW. There are many people around here that are on that same plan. I am a calorie counter myself. To answer your question, I weigh myself everyday. I was afraid of the scale for a very very long time and weighing daily helps me to overcome that and to see that the scale is just a tool to help keep me accountable in my weight loss and that the number doesn't define me. Eventually I will change it to weighing weekly. My actual weigh day that I count my weight is Mondays as well. Having it on Monday helps to keep me in line over the weekend.
