I gained 4 lbs! ACK! Then I had pizza this afternoon.
So I was 234 today.

I've been doing great with exercise this week. Last night I did kickboxing and 38 min on the treadmill. I was sore from the class last night so I only did 20 min today.

Hi Everyone!!!

Can I join this one too?! I weighed in this morning at 237.6. Which is down 1.2 from yesterday. I'm excited about that and about being back into the 230s! I hope the 40s are going to leave me alone now!!!!

Hi Vixsin!
Don't get discouraged Catowned and Matilda~ keep going. I'm in the same boat as missing my exercise today. I'll do extra tomorrow though. I'm doing great on this WW program and staying within my allotted points. It's been three days now, and I'm not craving junk food, which amazes me.
Do most of you weight yourselves everyday? I will only weigh myself once a week. I can't' wait to see how much weight I lost on Monday next week.

Keep it up girls! Great work! We can do it!

You should know....I'm a hugger! I love hugs! They make you feel so good!!

Anyway, thank you for the warm welcomes! WI this morning was 238.6. I'm up .8 from yesterday which doesn't discourage me at all because I have had 2 whooshes of weight loss over the last 2 days so it makes sense to me that my body is freaking out a little today.

Great weigh in Matilda! You are right there for the 220s!! Nice work!

Jojo, it sounds like you're doing a great job! Good luck with WW. There are many people around here that are on that same plan. I am a calorie counter myself. To answer your question, I weigh myself everyday. I was afraid of the scale for a very very long time and weighing daily helps me to overcome that and to see that the scale is just a tool to help keep me accountable in my weight loss and that the number doesn't define me. Eventually I will change it to weighing weekly. My actual weigh day that I count my weight is Mondays as well. Having it on Monday helps to keep me in line over the weekend.

WI at 231.0 today which is cool. I have to be good over the weekend. I need to stay op so that I can be firmly in the 220s all next week *crosses fingers*

I just had my weigh in last night, and I lost 2.5 pounds. I'm almost out of the 230's. Hopefully next week I will be!

Hi Girls! The 240s are just not letting go of me! I was up 2 lbs this morning to 240.0. AHHH!!!!!! Trying not to stress about it. I did everything right yesterday and did today. I know it will be gone very very soon! I will stay right on plan just out of spite to my scale.

Stupid scale.
