Aydenzmoma - I don’t replace the water with the juice, it’s in addition to it.

Glad to see so much good happening for everyone.

Roxmysox: I had a grrr of a time breaking 255. I was on it for 4 days. You'll be off it soon! What I did to break it was weird that worked when I was on 267 and 266.5 for 8 days around Mothers Day, I decided to try again, I added more high cal, carb rich food in my day on the 1st ...something my body isn't used to at all. Somehow thats working for my body so far (twice). It's almost like my body starts to get used to the routine of what I'm eating & I have to throw it something its not expecting.
MissKelly- I was at 256.x for 7 days straight (with a one day jump back up the 257?!) and I kept telling myself to try something different, up my cals for a few days- just shake things up a bit, but everytime I tried, I managed to talk myself out of it half-way in and kept everything the same. I don't know what's going on- it's really frustrating. I want to break my stalls, but my brain just won't let me right now. Maybe it's because I know if I tell myself "ok, I'll eat a few more cals today" I may go a little (or a lot?) overboard and then I will have a gain and it will take longer. I'm rambling, but I think I have some mental weight loss issues going on right now!

Shylah - There were definitely parts that were great, but others just needed more.. something! More Samantha, more sex..

rox - there are a lot of shiny things, so it's possible a 3 year might enjoy it! See above... I said MORE sex.. which means there is some in there!

MissKelly - NICE loss girl! I am SO great at dancing once I've had a few drinks, it's amazing really ..

Was down a pound this morning. Hoping it keeps moving that direction through Friday and the weekend. I started back on my highly raw eating so I expect I should lose some more. I had stirfry tonight though so I would not be surprised if I saw the scale up in the morning. I will try to drink lots of water but I think I ate too much my tummy is too full.

218 again this morning. But I am still holding on to fluid. Can feel it in my arms and hands. I think today is just gonna be circuit training. Give my body a rest from the weights.

We ate some Oriental type food yesterday. We used to eat that type of food a couple times a week, now we are down to once a week. So anyways, we had that yesterday and I also had a slice of pizza earlier in the day (on top of my regular food. ) What was I thinking? Obviously, I wasn't.

Calories for yesterday: 2175 Oops!

Weigh In: 223.2

Up: 1 pound

Aydenzmoma - I realized I didn't finish answering you. I was really tired. Cranberry juice is good for helping your kidneys to pull toxins and toxin-like substances (such as an over abundance of sodium) from your body. It is really awesome stuff, but not as a water replacement, just as a bonus.

Diana - that Lakewood stuff is awesome if you put about an ounce in a glass of Sprite Zero. I had to limit myself to one glass last night since potty trips all night would not be a good idea when I have to work today.

I am back down .8 to 169 today. I guess I still have too much sodium in me. The stress of the last week of school is probably also messing with my scale - grrr. Today is my last day and then I get to focus on my weight loss for a little while. Yay!!

I really like the Lakewood brand in general. I have tried quite a few of their juices. I have been adding 1 ounce of the cranberry to my regular juice and then a splash to my water at night.

These have alot of fruits and veggies in them. Check out the ingredients. I have tried them all. A couple of them have green peppers and I'm not a fan of the flavor of green peppers. I will alternate all the ones that do no contain green peppers.

Hi Friends. I stayed the same again today. I didn't work out again yesterday. It's time to face reality. If I don't workout, I probably won't lose much.

Have a great on-plan day!
