I'll come back for personals soon! There are so many new people this month.

Just wanted to pop in and say that I am thrilled today! Can hardly contain myself! I swear that I can tell differences in my body from just last night. Never again will I doubt a stall! (Remind me of that next time, will you? lol) I feel thinner today. I feel so different, I feel like I look different. The fat bump on my upper arm where my wrist connects to my arm looks... smaller (yes I know- but I swear it!). Good day. I'm happy.

255.4 this morning. Down 1 full pound of wrist fat, apparently!

Thanks Swimgirl! Down .2 is good, thats still down, not bad for limited water chugging!! I need to start chugging more today....I did the basics on Zumba (oh my gosh my lack of coodination was too whacked out funny...should've Youtube'd it for snits n giggles for you all ) I did my first day of Jillian's level 1 of the shred...wow that is so much harder than it looks but I like it. Was so hard to not quit...but my out of shape butt had to take a 1 minute break in the middle of the shred. Have you tried those?

Roxmysox....great job! I just love days where you can feel it!! I actually noticed last night in the mirror before my shower that my stomach is finally thinning down a bit more....wish my boobs would shrink a bit faster........we're going to get all the way down together...we're almost at the same starting...current... and ending point!! Keep at it!!!

Aydenzmoma:
Yay!! Great job! Lately Im just happy if anything comes off even .3, .2 etc .....I figure anything is better than a stall!

MissKelly - I LOVE love LOVE the Shred! I am taking a few days break from it, and then I'm going to get right back at it, love the change I get in my body from it. Zumba sounds interesting, whats it about?

rox - yay for body changes, those are better than losing a pound!

So far 1L of water - 62 oz! Just grabbed another 1L bottle.. will.. drink.. more... water...

I went on Youtube to find you an example so you can see it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=Vf0q6qtThF4

If you youtube zumba on it, you'll see a bunch more..I didnt go to the actual site to check for a video example..the dances all seem to basically vary.

SwimGirl - We leave on April 13. My plan is calorie counting with the aid of a bodybugg. I’m also on SlimQuick. I started Feb. 17, 2009 and had lost about 25 by April 8 when I gave up. I restarted (with about 5 gained back) on July 3, 2009. The size 9 thing will be awesome, but I’m already smaller than before I started highschool, which has me totally excited and is helping me stick to it now….Crazy construction people!

GB - Yay, I hope you have fun.

MissKelly - Zumba is sooo fun. That’s one of the many things that has me excited about summer being here, being out of work means I can go to zumba class again. It’s also a great calorie burn, I can get about 600 in an hour. Unfortunately the Florida thing is only for a week, hubby is stationed in Arkansas, so we are stuck here for now. Florida’s home for me, so I’m going to visit my family, I’m from Panama City and my dad and most of my brothers live in that area. What part of Florida are you in? - Good loss!

Rox - congrats on the loss of wrist fat

In my world: one of the kids told me I was smaller. She then checked with me to make sure I meant to be getting smaller, which I thought was cute. When children notice enough to say something you really know it means something since they don’t generally say such things just to be nice. Also, today I have not worked out yet, but I am still ahead on my calorie burn. The only thing I can figure is that I was really angry for a good part of the day. Being really angry burns calories? LOL, I doubt it and it’s not an experiment I am interested in working on, but who knows…

MissKelly - I tried to open it, but my computer is being weird, but I'm going to go try on the bf's computer! Looks like it would be fun, from what I've read about it! I got the Turbo Jam DVD's a few years ago, they were really fun.. I should get them out!

FitGirly - like in a year April? I've heard of SlimQuick, just the commercial's. Do you find that it helps you? Kids are so cute sometimes, they say what they want, so you must be looking a lot smaller lately! I've heard once you get below 200 that every 10 pounds lost is pretty much down a size, sounds wonderful!

I still can't shake my headache, but I stayed PERFECTLY on plan And peeing like nothing else.. I'm predicting a loss in the AM!

Think I'm going to join in here. I don't usually like to weigh daily but I need to get in the habit since I keep forgetting my weekly weigh in and it keeps happening late.

Maybe seeing the weight everyday will help me keep it in mind. I would like to see 275 by the end of June. I am getting back on track with my raw food during the days and healthy cooked vegetarian meal in the evenings and I know I can expect a little more with the changes. I'm going to add daily exercise even if its only a walk at the zoo(annual membership) or swimming. But I will plan for dvd workouts as well.

Scale settled back down to 218 this morning. So I think I was correct in thinking that 220 yesterday was a large amount of water weight. I stayed with in my calorie range yesterday and did an awesome work out. Got a chiropractic appt today after I go to the gym.

Keep on keeping on every one

Did someone mention Turbo Jam, Aimee? I LOVE Turbo Jam! Well, actually I feel that I have moved on from Turbo Jam and onto Turbo Kick. Turbo Kick is a little more intense. This month Turbo Fire will be released! It's suppose to be the toughest of the 3.

Ok, on to my post. Don't get me started on TJ!

Calories for yesterday: 1605

Weigh In: 222.2

Down: .4

Have a wonderful day, Everyone!

Good morning, Friends!

Scales stayed the same for me today. I'm still 100% on track with food, but I didn't drink my water yesterday or exercise yesterday. I know that my weight loss will stall if I don't do these things, so I must make them a priority today.

Aimee - I have a copy of the Shred on my bookshelf that I got for Christmas. It's still in the cellophane! Maybe I'll pop it out and give it a go today.
FitGirlyGirl - Kids are the most honest people on the earth. If one says something, well....it's true! Congratulations.
Aydenzmoma - I think I need a new scale, too. I have to weigh 3-4 times before I find the weight that comes up most often. That's the one I claim for the day. LOL
Roxmysox - Congratulations on losing your wrist bump! Hey, I have all kinds of strange bumps that I wouldn't mind losing. What's strange is that some of these bumps are wads of fat that are on only one side of my body!

Have a great on-plan day everyone!

Swim Girl - I don’t know why I typed April, I meant July 13. I like the SlimQuick, it’s not for everyone, but it is definitely one of my tools. Hope your head is better soon.

I am up 2 pounds today to 169.8. We went out for dinner last night, so I know it is a sodium thing. I didn’t have time before bed to get in my cranberry juice. I will be hitting it hard this afternoon when I get home. Even if I know it is sodium, that was a little too close to 170.
