I was just coming to post that I expect the scale to be up tomorrow from too many carbs! In my case, it's from a queasy stomach and eating a lot of carbs, which does help, but even though I'm trying to stay w/in calories, I expect to see an increase tomorrow.
But I think this isn't true gain, and like you, I think it will go quickly. Let's help each other not use this as an excuse to go off track!!
not too much damage this morning - only .2 up. I do have a couple of planned indulgences for today for a special Mothers Day meal, but very small portions and within plan calories.
I'm hovering at 218 and will likely stay there. I am sick, sick, sick. Will stay OP for food but I have not been working out. Sinus infection. not fun.
I'm at 212.8 this morning - most assuredly water retention from yesterday's adventures as I do have some soreness in my calves and shoulders this morning. Nothing too bad, and I hope to go down a little more next week.
Bit late to join in, but for the final days, just want to lose 2lbs. Have been steadily reducing, working out and hitting my targets. Want to get in on the next 10 day challenge!
Ok.. down .6 this morning to 210. I'm pretty happy about that because I went out to Old Country Buffet with my little sister while we were out running errands yesterday. I only ate a salad, piece of BBQ chicken (no skin) and some jello. Not bad!
I got in a workout this morning... my first in a couple months.
I expect to be up on the scale tomorrow though. We made spago and garlic toast for mom for mother's day... lots of carbs and lots of sodium. I'm gonna chug another glass of water and head to bed. I hope the damage isn't too bad in the morning...
Couldn't start Friday as was first week of atkins and due to massive water loss the results would be silly. However I'm this morning 300 and hope to be about 297 by the weekend but due to atkins induction and my high starting weight I could get below 295
So my goal of "going to the gym every day, even when I don't want to"? Totally didn't do it. I had an issue (considering posting in TMI lol) and didn't make it to the gym today.

had a good on plan day yesterday even with Mother's Day - I enjoyed my treats but left the leftovers for others so I'm not trying to squeeze them into another day. I was never off plan because I was well within my calories, but back to my normal, cleaner foods today.
Holding steady at 222.2, and hoping to see some more movement this week.
I am down 1 pound so 207 now. 2 more pounds to go!
Grats to everyone who is doing their best to meet their goals! Even though you may not see it on the scale I am sure that inches are decreasing and health is getting much better hang onto that for motivation. There was one whole month where I lost absolutly nothing and I am sure that will happen again. When it does I will just have to get my measuring tape out and switch up my goal scheme .
